ASI is a long time partner of LSI and has a proven record of outstanding performance in the manufacture of trainers and simulators. ASI has provided services in the area of manufacturing and design of the hardware integration of two AH-64D Longbow Apache Cockpit simulators. Additionally, ASI has designed and manufactured a variety of hardware trainers and simulators for numerous DoD customers. ASI is fully qualified to provide services in five Functional Areas of SeaPort-e.

AVA possesses strong experience in process engineering support for a variety of systems including aircraft brake adjusting and brake bleed kit systems, development of a propeller sling to remove propellers from T-56 engines, and repair and refurbishment of a variety of aircraft instruments. AVA is also expert in supply and provisioning support and is the material manager for the S-3B Prime Vendor Support (PVS) program. BGI is a premier provider of Subject Matter Expert support for a variety of leading edge issues in modern and developing weapons platforms. BGI has provided modeling and simulation support for the F-16 Mission Training Center, Prototype support for the Close Air Support mission training system, and Human Factors Engineering support in the development of the Framework for Analyzing Cognitive Training Requirements (FACTR) being tested on the F/A-18, E-2C, and E-6B weapons platforms. OSI has extensive experience providing services to a variety of NAVAIR Program Sponsors. OSI has provided R& D support for the TAMDA environmental sonobuoy system, provided TAMDA system documentation including a Test and Evaluation Master Plan, and developed and maintained a System Engineering Master Schedule. OSI also provides Program and Configuration Management support for the V-22 program and conducts independent logistics assessments and maintains all program logistics documentation for the V-22 training program. Although OTAi does not have any past experience directly related to DoD, they are well suited to support several functional areas with their highly qualified staff of military veterans. They are a local Jacksonville, FL company with an excellent reputation and their management personnel are personally known by LSI management. OTAi has provided system design and integration for the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) including Network Migration, Facilities and Asset Management Implementation and Application Development. Also for JAXPORT, OTAi provided QA support services by developing a customized Travel and Expense solution that automatically verified travel information. OTAi provided verification of the software's functional correctness and quality in accordance with JAXPORT requirements. While these tasks were not conducted for a DoD entity they are directly transferable to the DoD. OTAi is fully qualified to provide services in three Functional Areas of SeaPort-e.

VMA has been a former team member with LSI and has an excellent past performance record with us. VMA has provided Technical Documentation, Instructor-led and Computer-Based Training, and Configuration Management support for SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston. VMA also provided services to the Department of Homeland Security customs and border patrol personnel. Specifically, VMA provided media support to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement by developing and fielding a training video for customs and border agents to certify them to perform limited immigration duties in the event of a mass migration emergency. VMA has also provided video media support for the U.S. Border Patrol Academy. VMA is fully qualified to provide services in six Functional Areas of SeaPort-e.
