 Joint Effects Model (JEM)The Joint Effects Model (JEM) Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) is being developed as New Equipment Training for the Joint Program Manager – Information Systems (JPM–IS). It is designed to meet the emerging requirements of the Navy Interactive Learning Environment (ILE) and Army acceptance criteria for IMI by harnessing the best of both models. This courseware conforms to the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative’s SCORM v. 1.2 and v.2004 standards as well as a standalone CD-ROM version.
