 Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS)The Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) User Course is being redesigned to meet the emerging requirements of the Navy Interactive Learning Environment (ILE) model. As a part of the redesign of the Program of Instruction (POI), under the Navy Education Training (NET) streamlined training model, the TBMCS User Course consists of Distributed Learning (dL) Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) training. This courseware conforms to the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative’s SCORM v2004 and industry business rules and best practices.
