LSI delivered two CCPTT training devices to support the training environment for development of maintenance skills and knowledge for CH-47 maintainers. The CCPTT is representative of aircraft flight control systems configuration of the CH-47 and is populated with components that meet the physical and functional fidelities of the aircraft. The trainer serves as the training media for instructors to strengthen maintenance personnel skills and knowledge of systems, component identification, maintenance procedures, and removal and installation procedures. The trainer simulates production aircraft systems to the extent required to accomplish the maintenance tasks for the selected systems. These systems provide realistic training for maintenance procedures.
