The Environmental Control System Part Task Trainer (ECSPTT) is an operational device that simulates Longbow production aircraft operational systems. The ECSPTT is used to train environmental control system familiarization and related Maintenance Operational Checks (MOCs), and Fault Isolation Procedures (FIPs). The ECSPTT is a hybrid design which incorporates a hardware-training device (HTD), Interface Panel (IP), Functional Environmental Control System (ESC1), Instructor Operator Station (IOS) and the Longbow Procedural Trainer (LPT). The trainer provides maintenance training under the following AH-64D tasks categories:
- Maintenance Operational Check (MOC) procedures: 2
- Fault Isolation Procedures (FIP): 20
- Systems Functionality and Component Familiarization
