The Integrated Pressurized Air System Part Task Trainer (IPASPTT) is an operational device that simulates Longbow production aircraft operational systems. The IPASPTT is used to train pressurized air system familiarization and related Maintenance Operational Checks (MOCs), and Fault Isolation Procedures (FIPs). The IPASPTT is a hybrid design which incorporates a hardware-training device (HTD), Interface Panel (IP), Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), Instructor Operator Station (IOS) and the Longbow Procedural Trainer (LPT). The trainer provides maintenance training under the following AH-64D tasks categories:
- Maintenance Operational Check (MOC) procedures: 2
- Fault Isolation Procedures (FIP): 14
- Switchology, Systems and Component Familiarization
- Component removal and installation techniques
